At Kisah, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garment doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Schedule a Pickup
Choose a convenient time for our courier partner to collect the package from your doorstep, or drop it off at any authorized shipping location.
Quality Check & Refund
Once we receive your item, our team will conduct a quality inspection and process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
